Solomon is an absolutely brilliant tutor and overall wonderful human being. After two years of being tutored by him, I have never been more prepared to do my IB Maths exam this may. Although this year has been absolutely awful in terms of exams for maths (May 2025), I have been awarded a very strong 7 in maths — something with which I struggled with for a while, since I was always on the verge of a 6 and a 7.

Though he always kept us on track, the hour long sessions never have felt so short. He’s fun but also incredibly insightful and compassionate, explaining even the hardest topics in a matter of minutes. We have covered the entire syllabus months in advance, giving me so much more time and opportunity for revision. Sol has also been super helpful with checking over my IA maths, thus allowing me to finish the coursework much earlier and giving me more time to make any changes. I’m so grateful for all of his help and I will always remember our lessons. Thank you, Sol :)))

My son has been tutored by Solomon for a little over one year prior to his A-Level exams. Having used several other Maths tutors over the years, the tutoring experience of Solomon was immediately apparent. The sessions were flexible and adapted to the needs of my son. The most benefit came from attempting exam papers first and then working through with Solomon to identify any topics that need deeper lesson type tuition. Solomon has been flexible around various test/exam periods fitting in extra sessions to ensure my son was prepared. Solomon was easy to work with and built an excellent rapport with my son. Solomon is an experienced tutor and I thoroughly recommend him to any parent looking for Maths tutoring for their child.

My son re-took his Maths GCSE and received his results today and...he passed!! This is in no doubt due in part to the excellent quality of tuition that Sol provided which re-built my son's confidence with maths; a subject that he has always struggled with.
Sol was always well prepared for the lessons, sent lots of additional work for practice and was clear, calm and enthusiastic. I cannot recommend him highly enough!
